Trilogy Cloud LLC offers subscription-based hosting, development, maintenance, and design services. Each subscription tier is designed to meet specific client needs, as outlined on our website or in your service agreement.

2. Subscription Renewals

All subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled before the renewal date. The subscription fee will be charged to your designated payment method on the renewal date.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the physical labor involved in coding, development, and design services, all payments, including subscription renewals, are non-refundable.

• Once a subscription renews, no refunds, partial or full, will be issued for the current billing period.
• Clients are responsible for canceling their subscription prior to the renewal date if they wish to discontinue services.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused time or services within the billing period.

5. Scope of Work and Limitations

Trilogy Cloud LLC commits to delivering high-quality services as outlined in your chosen plan. However, the scope of work is subject to limitations and conditions specified in the service agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, feedback, and access to necessary resources to facilitate project completion. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Modifications to the Terms

Trilogy Cloud LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or updates on our website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
